I need to clarify one thing. Is it the water content will affect the purity of solvent??? Yes or No.

Your question (quite basic if I may add) is not a yes or no answer, the answer is: It depends on the detector you use. If you compare the FID, ECD, TCD and NPD you will find your answer.
