Any one try to a on-column injection from
a split/splitless inlet? in splitless mode with
a appropriate liner may It work ?

The test method that I'm trying is
ASTM D 6584, using a DB-5 HT

Just be carefull of trying to this modification. You will need to find a syringe with a needle long enough to inject your sample on the column inside the oven. You cannot do on-column injections using a high injector temp.

Don't you also need to modify the injector on such a system? For example, if using a standard septum injector, you require a needle robust (and thick enough) to pierce the septum but thin enough to enter the column-could be difficult. I guess this would work with wide bore columns though.
