Dear HPLC Group Members,
I'm looking for HPLC method with fluorimetric or UV detection for NTCB
{2-(2-nitro-4-trifluoromethylbenzoyl)-1,3-cyclohexanedione} drug used
for tyrosinemia type 1 in children:
1) Source of obtaining of this drug and 2 metabolites
2) HPLC separation - lipofilic drug some soluble in MeCN
3) Is it could be detected fluorimetricaly?
