I am tried the 300 pesticides in lcmsms through Phenomenox Aqua C18, 125 mm. but more than 50 pesticides not response in the hplc column. Mobile phase - ammonium formate and methanol using gradient mode. suggest the suitable hplc column for the 300 pesticide in the single run.
