I'm trying to downgrade a new 1260 RID via the version 2.8 firmware update tool.
Unfortunately the tool doesn't see the RID. I was able to see and add the RID
via the installed 1369B jet direct card so it seems to be communicating.
Any suggestions? I am connected directly from jet direct of RID to LAN of the
computer so the main stack is offline.
