Hi There

Any one who has experience with analyzing PMIDA (Gylphosate impurity) in water samples? LoD 0,1 ppm

Best regards

Breinbjerg

If HPLC is the method of choice I would start with a HILIC column.

Here is method for analysis of glyphosate and related products. Method is LC/MS compatible, so LOD/LOQ should satisfy your needs:

I am not sure that with UV or ELSD you can achieve detection limits of 0.1 ppm
