i want to make bacterial cell wall analysis to know what isomer of Diaminopimelic acid present.meso or L form
i want to make it by HPLC but i didn't have information about HPLC or chromatography . i need protocol or one can explain how i can do it
please answer me

I have never done such a thing but I guess you might want to look into a chiral HPLC column.
