Hi,

We have EZchrom 3.1.7 in the lab and are thinking to upgeae to a new version.Could any one suggest to which nw version it can be upgraded.
Can it be directly upgraded to latest version 3.3.2.

Could you please suggest on the whole steps of upgrade.

Regards,
Naveen.

your question is something your supplier is normally capable of answering
ask them to show you and explain the installation instructions manuals and guidelines

it is defined in the installation protocols if a direct installation is possible,
anyway it does not mean you have to buy the version in between if an indirect installation is necessary. some times it is better to remove and install from scratch instead of going by an in between version

anyway do an image of your system if you are installing on the same computer and back up all the important files before you change anything

another thing that are to check for is firmware compatibility.

Naveen,
you can move directly to 3.3.2 SP2, methods, sequences and data files are always back-compatible. You might need to upgrade your OS to XP SP3 with .Net 3.5. And yes, check out that firmware as the new .Net drivers require newer firmware as well.
If you have any questions let me know :).
