i want ask anybody work on this GC?Because there's no autosampler and only way to inject is split mode.and how sensitive is ion trap?

I have just such a GC, and it can do split, splitless, programmed temperature vaporization, pulsed and not pulsed and probably some others that slip my mind. I have a cloned combipal autosampler, but mostly I use an in house purge and cryotrap setup, or manual syringe injections.

What makes you think that the 450 can only do split injections ?

that GC there's no a autosampler.it has 1177 (S/SL) Injector at all.and tell me if you can ion trap more sensitive than quadrupole or not.
