lc/ms/ms instrument

Can anyone recommend a lc/ms/ms intrument that can provide high precison and accuacy and easy to operate.

what you are asking is very subjective, you'll end up getting at least ten different opinions each favouring different instruments.
Your best course of action is to select which insturments you want to consider and then contact the suppliers and ask to test them.
You'll need a standard method and some prepared samples, ask each supplier to take you through the method setup on their instrument and then run your samples. This should give you at least an oversight on how easy each one is to use as well as some cpmaritive chromatography data.

Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

I have worked with Shimadzu, Merck-Hitachi, and Agilent. If I have to recommended you one of them, then Agilent. Robust, easy to use, and has a very good service. But It is only my opinion after 10 years working in chromatography. I have not had the chance of working with Waters, and other brands for comparison.
