Method for Histamine in seafood

Being brand new to the use of an HPLC system i would like to ask if someone has any method or any idea for the determination of histamine in seafood.AOAC has no method for HPLC.I am using the Dionex Ultra-3000 sytem with Acclaim C18 column.Thank you.

Ok but how can i download this.I don't have any pass for springerlink!!!

If you do not have a access to the journal you can buy the article. Typical price: about $30.-. If this is not worth your while, you need to do the work yourself, which I am sure will cost much, much more than $30.-.
