Caffeine in Positive ESI Mode

Hello, does anybody have a good mobile phase composition and gradient recomendation to run Pure Caffeine Standard (1mg/ml) on an LCMS in positive ESI mode? Would ACN:H2O do the trick? Column is C18. Thank you in advance!

Are you sure you are injecting samples in the mg/ml range or do you mean mcg/ml?
