Varian Toxi-Tubes

Does anyone have any thoughts on Varian Toxi-Tubes? I have been using them for the analysis of drugs in urine and serum. Any thoughts on how effective they are at extracting a variety of basic/neutral drugs versus using a SPE column? So far I think I've had good luck with them, but I suppose it's possible I'm missing analytes.
