Oelic acid has been found in my blank aqueous samples. Im extacting TPH/PAH samples using MEcl2 (EPA methods 8100,8270)

Oelic acid is a fatty acid, does anyone know any sources of this peak?
Or how it could get into my blanks/samples?
thanks
