How to increase sensitivity for Waters 2996 PDA, I'm not sure that I can or not.

Depends on what you mean by "sensitivity".

If you are referring to the output setting (how many absorbance units full scale), that is usually done in the data system rather than the detector.

If you are referring to limit of detection or limit of quantitation, then it's a question of signal/noise ratio. You need either more signal (inject more sample and/or make sure you are measuring at an absorbance maximum of your analyte) or less noise (a new lamp, increasing the bandpass, setting a longer time constant).
