hi

would anyone please let me know how can one do mirror imaging of two chromatograms???

You can fill in a constant for your channel. use -1 for one channel, and then put both chroms in overlay.

hi
how can i fill constand in "channel" ?? tried doing it .. but could not find the path for it.....

with a PDA 3D channel you can put in a constant for an extracted channel.
I'm not sure how this works for 2D channels

create a method set with a derived channel. select the first channel in the (first only) tab. Then select the second channel tab, select x from the operator dropdown and minus one for the constant. Overlay the chromatograms and you have the mirror image.
