still can't achieve vacuum on Saturn 2000

I replaced V-70 Turbomolecular pump on Varian Sturan 2000 as per service engineer recomendation but get exactly same outcome. Achieve no better then about 87% pump speed. Also replaced o-ring at transfer line and gasket around analyzer. Any suggestions?
