Serratiopeptidase analysis by RP HPLC

Dear Forum Members,

Can anybody suggest RP HPLC method for estimation of Serratiopeptidase in formulations (tablets/capsules). Generally peptides are checked/estimated for their activity. Is it possible to check the activity by HPLC. If yes, what is the calculation involved.
