Some suggestions please. I wanted to apply accurate mass layouts that I already created to more than one raw file in Thermo Excalibur and then export the area under the curve to excel. I am stuck kindly help. Cheers,

Have you done your processing setup ?,
As it sounds like you are only looking at Qual Browser by using the term layout.

You need to setup 'Processing setup', create the compound list, and then when done, include this in the sequence table, so it knows what to process. click on “batch reprocessingâ€
