Agilent MSD ChemStation Results Manipulation

Hello all,

I have the following:

GC HP 6890
MSD HP 5973

they are both being run by the Agilent Chemstation Software. For data analysis I am using the MSD Enhanced data analysis that came with the software.

I am able to run samples consistently, however I want to compare the results. Is there a way to overlay the results (graphs/peaks) so that I can compare the different trials visually?

Hello

You need to open Data Analysis. Then:

Tools - Overlay Chromatograms

You can overlay TIC or SIM
