PCB congener GC column

Which column works best for the separation of 209 PCB congeners? To the best of my knowledge, there is no single column that can separate all 209 compounds. My goal is to have as many peaks resolved as possible, any recommendation and comments are appreciated.

Agilent has as techical note with two columns for PCBs, search for 5980-1472E which is the RTL database.
