UHPLC/UPLC Peak Capacity

				I'm looking for information regarding the typical range of peak capacities that can be obtained with state-of-the-art commercial LC.  If it helps, we can narrow the scope of this question by assuming small molecules and/or peptides and gradient elution, reversed-phase UHPLC/UPLC.  I understand that this will depend on numerous factors and therefore the answer would give a relatively broad range of values.  From my experience, a peak capacity between 100-300 seems about right.  I’m having trouble locating a reference (recent journal article or book) that would contain this information.   Any information on this topic would be helpful but a scientific reference would be best.  Thanks in advance.
