Can you calculate rrf from the slope of the impurity / the slope from six injections of the active at 100 % impurity level (ie single point calibration)

Can someone clarify this point

In principle, yes. In practice, you must have established that the calibration line for both compounds do, in fact, go through zero (but that is a requirement for *any* single-point calibration!).
