Exporting data from Chromeleon of DIONEX to excel

I am soooooooooooooooo frustrated with exporting data from Chromeleon 6.8 system.
Now, I am doing 5 wavelengths and also the full scan (250~500nm) for each sample. I sometimes need the raw data for calculation. When I try to export the raw data, I have to export both chromatogram and spectrum separately for each wavelength, which means for every single sample I have to click the export 10 times to get all information I want. Just wondering whether there is an easier way to export the raw data in a single file for one sample. Or there is some command for batch processing.

Nimo,
what do you need to calculate? can you provide more details?
If it is not possible directly by CM 6.8 then it needs to be a really special type of calculation.
Especially since the CM 6.8 report is Excel based

I would create a report, containing on page for the chromatogram and on for the spectrum.
Then select the 'active' area in the spreadsheet and choose format>printing>set auto repeat area. in the properties select 'autorepeat for each channel' or so.
In file>batch report setup choose the right export conditions and printing conditions.
Then you would have to run an 'batch report' for every sequence and it will contain all injections and all channels.
Hope that helps.
Alex

im using chromeleon 6.8
the smartest way i have yet found to export data is by selecting all my samples, comparing them and thereafter go the the summary tab. The tab the shows results of the selected peak in all of the samples. Is there a way to automate this procedure?

Hi Nimo,
The previous posts have essentially covered most of the aspects. What you need to do:
1). Create the necessary Tabs in your RDF set-up. These can include multiple tabs for each of the Chromatograms or Spectra for each channel you are collecting on. Just make sure you fix the particular Plot to the desired channel. This also works for result columns and tables
2) Set up the Batch Report (including export options) and run. This will then create the report in one step.
As was pointed out though, all calculations should be possible within Chromeleon, given the Excel functionality of the report.
Thanks
