There are 2 types of automatic Headspace: one uses loop (Agilent) and the other uses syringe (CTC). Anyone have any idea (and experience) that which one is better (in precision, accuracy, ease of use, etc..).
Thank you for any input.

And there is a third type; pressure balanced injection from Perkin Elmer. This topic has been discussed at length and in depth. Try a search of the archives.

There are 2 main system as you point out: syringe vs. transfer line.
Then trasfer line, as remarked from Peter Apps, can be divided between Agilent system and PE system
Other syringe based head-space autosamplers are from Thermo and HTA.

What's best?

Look at Agilent offering. They offer transfer line (low cost) but also syringe (top of gamma) headspace autosamplers.
I think this answer in short your question
