Anyone ever have any luck repairing a 6890 EPC for the inlet? We were having reproducibility problems that were fixed by installing a new EPC. We would like to try and repair the old one. Is there a certain part on there that goes bad often?

Different generations of the EPC had different problem areas, some were easily fixed, while others were design issue that are not easily fixed. The problem may be as simple as a bad solenoid, or a blockage in a piece of tubing. There were issues with sealing materials in some EPCs, and that is not as easily solved. I doesn't work right now, so you don't really lose anything if you break it worse trying to fix it.
