hi guys,
i found out that source temperature in waters zq mass spect does not goes up. I do not know what is the problem. any ideas? thanks a lot.

is the source heater functioning properly? does it go down when you set it lower?

no, it is always in room temperature.
is the source heater functioning properly? does it go down when you set it lower?

If the source temp is about the ambient, probably the heater coil is broken or the electronics board controlling the heater malfunctions.
