I'm having some issues with several of my 3396 integrators, every now and then get a printing error message i thing (p/p error),printer seems to start malfuctioning,is there anyway to correct this"""HELP""

Does this happen when it is printing, plotting, or both? If plotting, is it happening during a peak? Does it pass the power-on self test? You might try cleaning the metal rod the printhead slides on. Turn the power off first so you can move it easily then wipe the rod with a methanol wetted towel. Also make sure there are no paper bits in the way.
It does pass the self test,It happens when it is drawing the chromatogram.
I have cleaned the metal rod, possibly need to try again

Thanks

If you haven't already done it, also check and clean the metal wires that move the head.
