Hi all

I need to quantitate two known peaks in a single chromatogram using Empower, but could not manage to do. I can enter standard concentrations for two separate compounds, have two separate calibration curves for both of them, but when it comes to entering "sample weight" and "dilution" factors for my samples, I cannot enter weights separately for those two compounds. So when I open the review screen I only see the correct amount for the compound of which I entered the weight and dilution factors.

Is there a way that I can calculate the correct amounts for multiple peaks by entering different weights for each compund? (without multiple processing)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Alper

Sample weight and dilution factor relate to the sample not the standards. For a given sample you can only have 1 weight and 1 dilution factor (that is you weighed out 100 mg and extracted it in 100 mL generating one sample wt and one dilution factor). That sample may have multiple components it, each which will be calculated agaist a standard curve.

Amounts for standards are entered in the amounts table. Each component can have differnt amounts for each level and even different levels if you want.
