Non Gaussian HETP

Hello, I'm going to be conducting a resin reuse study soon and I need to perform a Non-Gaussian HETP on a phase transition (conductivity). I was hoping to program this into Excel if possible, or perhaps acquire a formula. Software we have currently only has the gaussian equation, and as the former relies on "moments" with in the derivative curve there is a significant increase in the complexity of the calculation. Matlab may be a route that I take, however I suspect that software will also need some additional programming to get these values. I'm going to have an intern helping me with this project and I'd like to get it to a point where it is plug and play- paste in the curve values (derivatized or non derivatized- UNICORN software can export either removing the need for programming the derivative) and have a algorithm in excel, or a particular software tool calculate it.
Has anyone come across this problem before or does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
