I am doing research using SPME technique, and my sample's concentration is really low. Does Agilent 5973N Enhanced Turbo MSD with 6890N GC suitable for SPME? (We do not have enough money for the new one)?

Do I understand correctly - you are planning to buy a GC-MS system to suit a SPME fibre ?

This sounds like buying a new house to suit a set of curtains.
What system do you have at the moment ? Maybe you could change your method rather than your hardware.

The GC2010-QP2010 if equipped with PTV/ON-COLUMN injector is ready to use for SPME-ON COLUMN without any modify. I have discovered this feature some time ago. The use of on column injection with fiber allow to analyze also very light compounds (gases) without any cryogenic device.
If you still have the Shimadzu GCMS please consider this important caracteristic before changing instrument.
The results are very promising also on the quantitation side.
