PCB Analysis by GCMS

HI
I am running a Varian gcms analyzing PCBs
I can see the standards perfectly 5 to 10ppm
I use bond elut SPE cartridges to clean up the transformer oil when i spike a clean oil with standard i cannot see it on the gcms
Does anyone use spe cartidges and what are the results like
Could i use liqliq extraction all healp greatly appreciated
