Low abundance of 414 and 502 (<0.5%) in 7000C TQMS Agilent

Please help!
Struggling to tune 7000C. Low abundance of 414 and 502 < 0.3%. 502 fronting in tune.

Source is clean, no leaks. Not sure what to do next. Three boards changed in May by Agilent service engineer. Just can't get back to tune settings as they used to be.
