Autotune 320MS Bruker/Varian/Agilent Failure

I’m from Brazil and I have a 320MS GC-MS,
My equippment was working very well, and one day we had a problem with energy and the vacuum colapse, after that I cleaned the Ion Source and Lens but the 320MS start to not pass the autotune, neither Gain EDR Detector calibration with a message 'High Noise background, baseline set to 5mv'.
The peaks are deformed.
Have you ever seeing something like that?
I’m using EI with FC43 gas.
