Agilent ChemStation Rev B.04.03[52] Autostart Failed EEE.REG

Hello! We have a problem starting Agilent ChemStation (Windows XP, Rev. B04.03[52]). The error message is "File EEE.REG not found. When I click "OK" the following message appears: "Instrument 1 Autostart Marco Failed, error #16289". Changing files in folder Chem32/1 to .OLD (e.g. CONFIG.OLD, CONF_OFF, instrument, pumpconfigm RapidControl.IntrumentConfig and sample) didn't solve the problem.
I can't locate the installation disk.

Did you double-check that the data paths are correct in the configuration for that instrument?
Apart from forcing it to rebuild the CONFIG and CONF_OFF files, you can also try the rebuild of the global.config file if that one exists in your version on your O/S (on Win7 and C.01, it's under ProgramData).
Are your regional settings set to use a decimal point and not a comma?
Are you loading any custom macros on startup (user.mac file)?

I can't locate the installation disk.
I haven't used the "B" revision personally, but have used the "C" revision, and don't see real differences to the user; most of my experience runs with the "A" versions which worked fine for us.
That said: I can supply replacement media A.10 disc if that helps you; you would use your existing Agilent license number.
