1100 G1364C Transport Arm Alignment Error

I’m having trouble aligning the transport assembly on 2 separate G1364c analytic FCs in Lab Advisor. The FC will initialize but when it gets to the alignment step I get an error that says “pusher adapter is required for the requested operation”. I have a 4 plate tray installed (no plates installed).
The only pusher adapter reference that I can find the is extended guide that attaches to the bottom of the arm (G1364-60021). Whether this is installed or not does not matter.
Where am I going wrong?
Also, does anyone have the configuration switch configs? It’s in the user manuals for all other models but it is referring me to a service manual (which I don’t have) for the FC.
