Hi,

I am a sales rep for a gas generator company, I spoke with a client of ours and they informed me that they are very happy with their 320 lc/ms. He mentioned it was very versatile, and for the money is a great instrument.

ps if you would like a gas generator for it let me know...

Hello,

I'm currently using one right now. It is the first time that I'm working with LC/MS/MS. Our instrument is an Hybrid, a LC/MS/MS can be convert to a GC/MS/MS. IT is a some kind of a plug that can be change. Sound simple, but it is more complicated than what the sale rep told us. So right now our instrument is set up for the LC/MS/MS.
It is very sensitive. I'm working at low ppb (0.5). But I have issue of repeatability.
The instrument has a very usefull feature that can optimise the parameters for your analyte of interest by the infusion of a high std.
So far it is fine for higher concentration but I'm not confident with the low level.
