Plant extract

Please do I need to reextract a plant extract before injecting it into GC -MS?
I’ve been using the Qeuchers method for extraction and clean up but I keep asking myself do I need to re extract a plant sample after it has been extracted?
Please advise!

Were you able to answer your own question? You might need to re-extract if the previous extract has degraded.
