Hello,

How do I detemine peak efficiency?How do efficiency related to theoretical plate (N)?

The plate number, N, is the usual measure of efficiency. Other measures are derived from it (e.g, plate height, which is column length divided by N, or reduced plate height, which is plate height divided by particle size).
