Empower 2 help

I work for a company that has just added 2 HPLC A1200's and want to run the Empower 2 software. We currently have this exact set up in one of our other labs with everything running smoothly. It was decided to add the 2 new machines after our software service plan with Waters had already expired so the Waters website has been of minimal help. The setup consists of a waters server, LAC/E box and a workstation. The users have been able to run samples on the HPLC's and the output shows up when the run is finished. The problem start here. The user then logs into the workstation, launches the Empower 2 software, clicks the Browse Projects button, and finds the project. They are not able to process the data or export the data from this workstation. If the user goes to the other lab and repeats this process from another workstation they are able to process and expor the data.
My apologies if this comes across vague, I have no experience with Empower software and was given only bits of information as to how to install it. Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

When the data (Sample Set, Injection, or Channel) is opened with the Review tool (window), is the chromatogram replaced with the words “Data Missingâ€

Make sure that the account used by the WatersService has access to the raw data share.
This is by default local system, but we changed this to an account who has access to the network.
