i have a aglycone flavanoid which is comming at 7.2 min and its suspected aminodeoxy hexose derivative is comming at 8.3 min. is it right order in HPLC? i was thinking glycoside will elute earlier then aglycone.

Chormatographic conditions are

C18 UPLC column 1.9 micron
Gradient: 0-100% ACN in 10 min.

please help

Elution order is (in my experience):

hexuronosides < hexosides, malonylhexosides < acetylhexosides, aglycones

So, I would guess your aminodeoxyhexoside will also elute before the algycone.
