I am going to prepare stripped serum to remove endogenous vit D using activated charcoal. However, it is not so successful.
Can anybody have ever try to prepare it ? Any precautions should bear in mind?

Or any alternative matrix can mimic stripped serum, as i use it to quantify 2,5 OH vit D2 and D3 by RP-HPLC?
