Hi All,
I have been a long time looker on this forum and have learned a lot. I am presently running the USP method for Vasopressin (Injection).
Mobile Phase is 87% Ammonium Phosphate Buffer pH 3 and 13% ACN, Isocratic conditions at 1 mL/min, 220 nm, L1 column--C18 5u, 4.6X250.
I am fine unit I dilute Vasopressin down to 0.04 units/ml in 5% dextrose and 0.9% NaCl. I cannot seem to get rid of the junk peaks at this low level. I diluted with mobile phase to 0.02 units/ml—a little better, but not much of a peak to work with—especially when validating?

Is there an alternative method out there?
Thanks,
Dennis
