Hi all,

Is anyone familar with using two (or more) internal standards (ISTD), more specifically, how can this information be added into the sequence table for report calulations?

At present I have single ISTD working well, but can only enter one ISTD concentration (per sample) into the sequence table ISTD column for the integration report to use.

Thanks.

I tend to use batch reprocessing, so things may be different, but here's a thought:

If your samples were all treated the same, and therefore contain the same amount of internal standard mix, you can set up all the internal standards in your calibration table, then go to Report - Specify report, and in "Calculation Factors", specify "From sample defaults below" instead of "from data file". You should now have a table below this box with a line for each internal standard, where you can enter different amounts for each. Good luck!
