We got the Agilent 1200 RID. Work good for long time. Now, the peaks is too small. Height of peak drop to 500, normally is the 3000. We run sample on other RID. Peaks is good. We check the ALS and pump using VWD. Pump and ALS is good. Problem with RID. Know anyone what this might be? Baseline no is good also. We go to try the big rinse.

Mojo,

We are not mind readers, a description of the chromatography conditions and example chromatograms will get you the quickest advice.

Monitor the RID's temp... is it as steady as you're used to?

What about baseline noise? Is it same or higher?
Which mobile phase you use?
