717 plus autosampler

I need some help regarding water 717 plus autosampler.
When I try to inject sample, the needle assembly wobbles while the needle is coming down. It makes a high pitched sound while injecting. I opend it up, the assembly itself is fixed but when the needle is coming down it wobbles. Due to this wobbling it does not go to the complete 100% depth and gets stuck in between. It is getting stuck at variable heights and is not taking in samples correctly. I opened the hood and all the flat head base screws are all tight. Anyone seen the same problem.
