Manual syringes are good until bent, clogged or contaminated beyond your cleaning capabilities.

Autosamplers start at ~$12,000-$15,000. Your need is a function of how many injections you need made, how long your typical run time is and how many samples you can prepare in a day (assuming they're fairly stable).

You buy (not rent) columns, they're typically $400-$600 for what is now a "standard jacket" 150x4.6mm 3-5µ C-18 column of good quality.
Thanks,
DR
