analysis pramipexole use TQD LCMSMS

hi guys,
i have a problem when analysis pramipexole use LCMSMS, the peaks are unstable, can u give some advice?
mobile phase --> meoh:formic acid 0.1% (90:10), column xbridge 100mm.
