Now I would like to test an Agilent Poroshell column. My first thought was to test the C8. But maybe C3 would be the better choice. Proteins of interest elute usually between 25 and 35 % ACN from the Vydac C4 at 40 °C (H2O/ACN 0.05/0.043 % TFA). Thanks for you advice. (Note: I won't get columns for testing from Agilent. I have to buy them. But I cannot buy both, the C3 and the C8.)
