Can Anyone help me or suggest me about the Mannich Base Moisture Analysis.
How we can detect the Moisture Present in the Mannich base. Mannich Base Having the C=O Functional Group Due to this is not Possible on MeOH. and Due to Higher Basicity ( pH 11-12) it was Not Suitable for K.F..

Has Anyone have the Idea for Determination of Moisture in Mannich Base

Is GC analysis a possibility? Depending on the range of interest I might use GC-TCD raher than GC-MS.
thank ,
But we dosen't have TCD. and also we want to go for quick analysis on quantitative basis. and gc will take more time as compared to Karl Fischer.

If KF won't work, as indicated in your original post, then I can only offer an altertantive to KF. And, difficult analyses may take more time and effort. (GC analysis for water can provide exelent quantitation and can have a cycle time of a few minutes.)

If you need an alterative KF reagent - talk to your vendor for KF reagents.
